As we are a very small, boutique tea business we are not able to physically stock every tea that our suppliers create - and there are many!

However, we use several different suppliers and if we can access it then we can do a special order and/or bulk order for tea and the entire range of Bella Italia coffee! In fact, we would love to help you with your special order!

Special orders are a minimum of 500g. The most economical size is to order 1kg and there is no maximum limit to how many kilos you may order. As we order it in especially, you should expect a delay of at least one week (occasionally two weeks) before we receive it in from the suppliers.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • A Special Order is a tea or coffee that we do not regularly carry in our product line.

  • A Bulk Order is any single tea or single coffee in quantities greater than 4kg, whether we regularly stock it or not. It attracts a bulk discount (POA). Bulk orders cannot be placed through the website because the discount will not be applied. Contact us for a quote.

  • If you are a cafe owner and would like to stock packs of our tea or use our tea for your customers we offer a personalised discount. You need your ABN, registered business address and must complete the application form.

how do i make a special order or a bulk order?

The way to go about it is to either contact us using our form or just give us a call and we can talk about your particular needs and discuss whether we can access the tea you are after. (This is because sometimes - for marketing purposes - retailers will change the names of tea from their suppliers. This can make it a little tricky to figure out which tea you're after but we will do our best!)
