Please note that we sell only to Australian addresses.

Shipping is by Australia Post, and compostable eco-mailers are by HeapsGood packaging.

Tea and coffee are lightweight yet very bulky and Australia Post charges by both weight AND by volume (charging whichever is the highest dollar figure), so most parcels cost between $10.60 - $29 for us to send to you. We charge $11 for the shipping and handling costs and we make up any difference to cover your shipping.

We do our best to protect your order by wrapping in paper and/or enviro-packing before placing into the post pack or box however, damage sustained while in transit with Australia Post is out of our control. 

All parcels are delivered anywhere in Australia and orders will be packed and posted within 24 hours of the order being received, from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends, and Australian/ACT public holidays).  

Please be aware there may be delays in delivery by Australia Post due to their heavy workloads. This is out of our control.

At Love Loose Leaf Tea we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For perishable items like tea or coffee, there is no need to return them to us. It would be great to take a photo of the item so that we can see how and why it wasn't up to standard and we will follow up with the suppliers as necessary.

For non-perishable items like kettles and mugs, if a product is faulty please contact us immediately to authorise a refund or replacement. If necessary, we will organise for a return-shipping label, (it is no cost to you at all) so that you can return the item to us.
